COMMON SENSE
In a column in
yesterday's Metro Johan Staël von Holstein writes his thoughts in the ongoing debate about lowering
taxes for jobs like cleaning people's houses and things like that. He thinks this is a good idea, and
even manages to put a feminist perspective on it, without becoming at all collectivistic and radical.
What he writes is nothing astounding, but if all the left wing feminists would just sit down and think
for a while, without letting their "we're so cool because we're rebels"-thing get in the way, they could
learn a few things from Mr Staël von Holstein. And the fact that he manages to put together something
as sensible as this without being politically incorrect is worth a couple of points too. I recommend reading
this little piece of common sense.
